Richtlinien für den präparativen Maßstab und die maximale Beladung
Die Abbildung rechts zeigt grobe Richtwerte für die Beladungskapazität von analytioschen und Präparativen Säulen mit einer Lange von 250 mm. Rahmenbedingungen hierfür sind, dass sich die Zielkomponente in der mobilen Phase gut löst, Verunreinigungen gut abgetrennt werden und Gegenionen unterdrückt werden. Bei der isokratischen Elution ist die Gesamtkapazität der Komponenten grundsätzlich proportional zum Säulenvolumen.
